The history of Investigación sin Límites has its roots in 2016 with the founding of CLIMEDENTY, a clinic created with the purpose of providing quality medical services to the Honduran population. From its beginnings, its founders shared a long-term vision: to develop the necessary capabilities and infrastructure to host clinical studies and contribute to the advancement of medical research in the country.
As a result of that vision, in 2019 Investigación sin Límites S. de R.L. was born, an organization dedicated exclusively to clinical research. Despite facing significant challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic, the institution has grown thanks to the perseverance, commitment, and excellence of its team, consolidating itself as one of the
most important clinical research centers in Honduras.
Today, Investigación sin Límites is synonymous with quality, innovation, and scientific rigor, contributing significantly to the development of new therapeutic alternatives and strengthening medical research both nationally and internationally.

OUR HISTORY
2016
During a meeting of the Medical College, a group of visionary professionals met and decided to explore the possibility of collaborating in the field of Clinical Research. During this conversation, the idea of establishing a research center in the near future was proposed.
2017
The opportunity to make that vision a reality arose when CLIMEDENTY was considered as a possible site for a Clinical Research Center. With enthusiasm, the team prepared for what was to come.
2018
CLIMEDENTY was officially selected as a clinical research center, an achievement that confirmed the vision of its founders to actively participate in the scientific and medical development of the country. This designation laid the groundwork for the creation of an organization specialized in conducting clinical studies and strengthening research in Honduras.
2019
As a result of this growth, Investigación sin Límites S. de R.L. was established, an entity dedicated exclusively to clinical research and committed to the highest standards of quality, ethics, and regulatory compliance. That same year, the team began its first research study, marking the beginning of a path of constant development, learning, and contribution to the advancement of medicine.
2020
Although the team was prepared to expand their portfolio with two new studies, the COVID-19 pandemic severely affected the sector, resulting in the loss of all scheduled studies. Despite this setback, the team maintained their faith and determination to move forward.
2022
With renewed strength and determination, Investigación sin Límites restarted its activities. The team's perseverance began to bear fruit, and new studies started to arrive, signaling the rebirth of the company.
2024
Thanks to its commitment to quality and innovation, Investigación sin Límites S. de R.L. established itself as one of the three most influential clinical research centers in Honduras. This achievement not only represents the success of the company but also its positive impact in the field of clinical research in the country.
2026
By 2026, Investigación sin Límites S. de R.L. took a decisive step towards the modernization and consolidation of its processes, incorporating innovative models such as the hybrid records system in study VYF04 (Yellow Fever). This advancement reflects its ability to adapt to new trends in clinical research, strengthening operational efficiency, information traceability, and compliance with international standards. With this evolution, the institution not only maintains its positioning as a national reference but also projects its growth towards an increasingly digitized and competitive global environment.
